At Valkill Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Valkill account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware, instructions, and protective padding included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our customer service team will coordinate with a freight partner to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
