Most in-stock furniture pieces are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove furniture carriers.
Do you offer assembly services upon delivery?
Yes, we offer professional assembly as an add-on service at checkout. Our delivery team will unpack, assemble, and place your new furniture in your room of choice, as well as remove all packaging materials.
What is your return policy if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard furniture items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
What kind of warranty comes with Valkill Furniture products?
All our furniture comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
Can I request fabric or wood swatches before placing an order?
